Our story

Since 2017 - where cheese meets craft.

2017 Founded in PECHS

Meat The Cheese was born on Tipu Sultan Road with one conviction: that everyday comfort food - loaded fries, baked pasta, a good steak - deserves the same craft as anything on a fine-dining menu.

We call ourselves a cellar-grill-bistro because that's exactly the mood we chased when we built the room: part cozy wine cellar, part open char-grill, part neighbourhood bistro where you can linger over a skillet without watching the clock.

The kitchen runs on one philosophy - cheese-forward indulgence, done properly. Every dish leaves the pass with a pull, a drip, or a melt, plated in rustic black ceramic and finished with char, herbs and a heavy hand on flavour.

Nearly a decade in, we're still on the same street in PECHS, still grilling to order, still chasing that first stretch of molten cheese with every plate we send out.

The room

Industrial bones, cozy soul.

Copper piping overhead, Edison bulbs low and warm, velvet booths built for long dinners.
